What? Who? Me? Seriously?

When Rachael Charmley, who blogs at Rachael Charmley filling it with  lovely writing, left a comment on my blog, telling me that she is nominating me for the Sunshine Award, that’s what I said : “What? Who? Me? Seriously?” . I was just waking up and it made me smile and opened my eyes wider than ever (and if you know me, you’d know that my eyes are big anyway!).

Sunshine award? Sunshine? That’s what all my friends call me! I felt as if a friend is sending me some kind of a teaser on Monday morning. Well, since I’ve already begun sharing my nickname with you, let’s continue with ten more things you don’t know about me:

1. Every year, I have to visit a new place. Country, city, lake, river, historical place, national or international, doesn’t matter. But I have to be able to explore something. Expand my view.

2. Speaking of expanding my view: Love roller coasters! The spinning, turning, rush, all of it! I’m always that person who asks if we can go to the scariest, most thrilling ride at the beginning of the trip, and than, later on go over and over and over to that one, with whomever I can find! When I went to the Disneyland Paris, I went over and over to the Space Mountain, that the guy ushering you to the carts became my friend! Bonjour Monsieur!

3. I paint and draw. Usually, I start with the blank canvas in front of me, developing my idea, which in my head looks amazing. I tell my friends and family, they get all excited and happy. But than, I mix the colors, stroke my brush on the canvas and suddenly, I have another idea! That color, that vibe, it means something else! After a week or so, my canvas looks nothing like what I told everyone I’m making and they look at it with their concern faces and say “Oh, um…what is this?” I always say, “It’s not finished” and carry on. At the end, the end of the paining, the end of all my energy and feelings, the end of the paint I have bought for the painting, my tarp is filled with layers and texture and it can mean whatever you see in it.

4.I was a biochemistry major. I still glance over to the equations, liquids, the systems of the human body. I still read the label of the food I’m buying and recognize the ingredients. What became a habit of mine is reading the label of the shampoos and cremes I use, while in the shower. Afterwards I Google some unknown things online…which often leads to me not using the entire brand anymore! It’s so hard to find something natural these days!

5. My biggest accomplishment- Starting my own NGO! It’s an organization with a purpose to improve the social and professional status of all citizens. I recognized the need for it. I have volunteered my entire life, so I was familiar with the volunteer view, but founding my own, was a really new experience for me. However, I did it, it felt great and it’s still is amazing! All the wonderful people I meet, the versatility of the projects I do but most of all, managing to fulfill the dreams of the members of my organization is a fueling inspiration every single day!

6. I am interested in so many things, I have three blogs I regularly write posts on:

Scripting Happiness (this one, that I am constantly scripting something on)

Morning Angel (I am a morning person, but I’ll tell you about that later)

In1weekend (every weekend, I try to do something new, different, and exciting)

7. Reading books saves my life every day. I really mean this. Whatever happens during the day, and we all know that things can and often do go wrong every day, I can open a book, dive my thoughts into it and let it clear my head of all the negativity out there.

8. I am the biggest morning person you know! That is what everyone knows about me. I’m up at 5 am every day, sometimes even before 5, with just my internal clock waking me! I do have alarms, but I wake up before them and turn them off. Feel kind of Sheldon-like there 🙂 However, I am the happiest person in the world when the others (friends, family, dogs, whoever) wake up early with me!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LItCoE9zhY

9. I was incredibly anemic for my entire life. As I got older, the anemia started to affect my every day life, couldn’t walk , stay focused, constant headaches, depression, almost every symptom there is. I’ve tried every medicine there is, but as I am intolerant to iron supplements, well, it didn’t do any good. Eventually, I started practicing nutrition and cured myself with food!

10. I guess I write a lot as well. But it’s not that personal, as you can clearly read it through this post 🙂

Now, for the fun part: 10 awesome blogs, I know you’ll love as much as I do:

1.Rethinking Life

2. Gardening vix

3. Baker italia

4.Kale and butter

5.Olive to run

6.Masterness of big Z

7. Multifarious meanderings

8. D.

9. Cassie

10. Butterfly Mind

Check out every blog on this list! They are all unique and inspiring, completely deserving the award they are nominated for!

Again, thanks for the nomination and motivation to Rachael Charmley !

Have a great day, everyone!

Inspirational Movie: Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011)

Image

The passion and drive of one man to become the BEST in his work, never be satisfied and always striving for better is something of a desire or cherished aspiration for most of the people, but Jiro…oh man! This 85-year-old sushi master is the perfect example of what you need to do, and how you need to act to become one of the GREAT!

Jiro was left by his parents at the age of 7. When he went to school, his father told him that he need to make it for himself and that there is no coming back home. That is something that remains to a child’s brain, and after all these years, Jiro still remembers that sentence in his mind! There is no going back. He has to work hard and provide for himself. Otherwise, he has no place to go! He has to make a place for himself in this world. He takes the punches, the insults, all the slaps in his face, but he never backs down! Instead, he continues his routine and steps up his game EVERY DAY!

Image

The movie is filled with inspiration, from start to finish, and the inspiration comes solely from Jiro. His words and wisdom is so simple, yet so true.

What I liked the most was the part where his human side is shown : The longing for becoming like his idol- Joël Robuchon. I loved that the director took the time to ask him of other chefs. That proves that even the idols have idols. Even the best, know that there are better! No sign of complacency, no sign of smug. Even though customers are nervous when they eat at his restaurant, he is nervous if Joël Robuchon comes to eat there! He knows that there are people with better sense of smell and taste, so he needs to improve his senses to please the customers!

He is competitive with himself, but he also knows what to do, to become better. And he does that every day! Not a day goes by, that he thinks of something else, or he thinks of giving up. THAT IS NOT AN OPTION. GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION!

I highly recommend this movie to everyone. To everyone who feel stuck, or lost, or not sure of their direction. PICK WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AND NEVER STOP DOING IT!

Happy Birthday Jack Welch!

Image

Today is his 77 birthday! This man has so much knowledge and experience in the field of leadership and management, that every word he sends out to the world is golden! I have been fascinated with the way he blends passion and simplicity, while always focusing on people. His books are bestsellers, he always smiles and he never shuts down or refuse to give an advice. He is one of those idols I have who shows me to be altruistic, by giving what I have studied and know.

With that being said, I give you few options on how you can study his work and let him teach you to be a better leader, and a better human being.

First, his books. You can find his books selling on Amazon.com http://amzn.to/1bA9HI0 . There are few *free* options for some of the books. Although, I do recommend having at least “Winning” or “Straight from the Gut” in a paperback copy in your house, so you can add your bookmarks to the important pages and things that can help you. Re-read them over and over!

Here are some links for reading some of his books for free, I’ve found online:

Another option for truly diving in, in his teachings is—to let him personally teach you! Yup! Jack Welch has launched courses on Udemy! There are three courses, and each of them cost 500$, however, you can wait for some coupons and codes for discounts to lower the price.

Here is the link to his courses on Udemy.

Whatever you choose, choose something. His words will stay with you forever.

Happy Birthday Jack! And have many more to come!

Happy Birthday Monet!

Image

Celebrating a birthday of an artist like Monet, doesn’t require many words. Instead, I’ll just share few of his best paintings, starting with one of my personal favorites, San Giorgio Maggiore at Dusk.

Few years ago I had the pleasure of owning a huge Claude Monet calendar, enjoying one painting at a month. I still have it, and occasionally open it up to fuel up my appreciation for beauty. His impeccable eye for details and composition made his paintings real and full of emotions. Here are few more to enjoy:

Inspirational Movies: Best Man Down (2013)

I’ve decided to watch this movie, because I thought it would be a cheerful comedy. It said so on Imdb and had Justin Long as the lead, smiling and all. It did had some comic moments, but I ended up crying for the most of it!

Image

The plot is, the best men of the wedding gets drunk and dies tragically in the night after the wedding and the newlyweds need to take care of the funeral, as well as contact the deceased family and friends. It turned out that he didn’t have many people in his phone, but there was this girl, in this small town, that no one else knew he had known. The newlyweds ride to the town to find the girl and let her know about her friend. In the meantime, and here is where the real life is, the girl is trying to cope with her emotionally unstable mother, the drug abusive mother’s boyfriend who makes her shoplift, the new town in which nobody likes her or talks to her, except for the priest.

Image

Image

After the newlyweds find the girl, they judge almost everything about her and her relationship with the best men. However, they try to get her out of the house, to go to the funeral with them, since they look at her situation at home.

Image

The talk the girl gives at the funeral is when you realize how people who you think you know, live sometimes a completely different life from the one they put up front from you. You cannot really know about what a person actually thinks, or feels, judging by the way he looks or acts.

The take-away from the movie: Talk to your friends. The ones you know “forever”. They are not the same children you have met many years ago. They have lives that involve partner problems, family troubles, finances, health issues etc, that many of them managed to hide from their faces and conversations. Maybe you can help them, maybe you can just be a person who can understand them or cheer them up. Whatever it is, it’s better to call a friend now, than to wait until it is too late.

I loved the characters and how well-structured and surprisingly-well-acted they were! Did not expect to have a (minor) emotional roller-coaster from the title of the movie, but these actors were amazingly dramatic and gave a heartfelt performance.

I would recommend this to a friend to watch, but not as a comedy, rather as a touching drama.

You can find the movie here: http://www.magpictures.com/films.aspx

It’s Dostoyevsky Birthday!

For my favorite authors of all time, I share few quotes of my favorite book of all time Crime and Punishment (as if I didn’t scared you enough with my favorite author being Dostoyevsky, I’m telling you my favorite, read-once-a-year book being Crime and Punishment…well…it’s true!) After reading these few quotes I hope you’ll grab a copy of the book and read it through all of it yourself. Don’t let the number of pages scare you!

I will even give you a link from where you can download the book for free! Just read it!!!  http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/2554

Few lines of the book:

“It takes something more than intelligence to act intelligently.”

“Don’t be overwise; fling yourself straight into life, without deliberation; don’t be afraid – the flood will bear you to the bank and set you safe on your feet again.”

“I Love it when people lie! Lying is only mans privilege over all other organisms. Lying is what makes me a man”

“What do you think?” shouted Razumikhin, louder than ever, “you think I am attacking them for talking nonsense? Not a bit! I like them to talk nonsense. That’s man’s one privilege over all creation. Through error you come to the truth! I am a man because I err! You never reach any truth without making fourteen mistakes and very likely a hundred and fourteen. And a fine thing, too, in its way; but we can’t even make mistakes on our own account! Talk nonsense, but talk your own nonsense, and I’ll kiss you for it. To go wrong in one’s own way is better than to go right in someone else’s. In the first case you are a man, in the second you’re no better than a bird. Truth won’t escape you, but life can be cramped.”

Seven years, only seven years! At the beginning of their happiness at some moments they were both ready to look on those seven years as though they were seven days. He did not know that the new life would not be given him for nothing, that he would have to pay dearly for it, that it would cost him great striving, great suffering. But that is the beginning of a new story – the story of the gradual renewal of a man, the story of his gradual regeneration, of his passing from one world into another, of his initiation into a new unknown life. That might be the subject of a new story, but our present story is ended.

“Only to live, to live and live! Life, whatever it may be!”

Read it and think about it…than read it again 🙂 Happy Birthday Fyodor!

My idol’s Birthday! Marie Curie 144th Birthday

Image

Today is Marie Curie 144th Birthday! One of the most famous women in the history of the world, not just in the sciences, managed to change the perspective of the work of women in the field. She proved that hard work, lot of studying and great passion for your work is what makes a person brilliant! What was amazing about this women is that she believed that people can be good and so she act accordingly. She stimulated everyone around her, friends, family, colleagues, to be the best they can be by boosting their morale and sharing her prizes with them. She understood the value of nurturing her relationships and she never EVER let the fame of her success overshadow the importance of her personal life and research.

She can not be left outside of your circle of idols! Especially if you are a women or girl or scientist. Or even a human being wishing to be the best you can be. She is the most inspirational person I have ever read about, that radiate with morality and perfection.

Inspirational Movies : RUSH (2013)

Rush Hemsworth Bruhl

Last night I went to see the movie RUSH , http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1979320/, with my boyfriend. I am telling you that I went with him, because 1) it is a big thing to go to the movies with him, as he is not a great movie watcher; and 2) it was a Formula 1 theme and I had to take him with me, since cars and motors are his passion.

I have read about the movie prior seeing it, as I always do, and the name Niki Lauda rang a bell in my mind, as my father used to talk about him in the past. The fact that it had Chris Hemsworth in it, was in favor for me to go to watch it as well (can’t help it that he reminds me of Heath Ledger so much!).

I didn’t have high hopes for the movie, I knew something from the story line, but, unexpectedly,  it overwhelmed me with emotions and happiness! There were so many things I loved about it, but I’ll tell you just a few.

Rush Daniel

First of all, it was so well structured. It explained the cause of the rivalry of Lauda and Hunt in a very understandable way. It moved through the lives of these two great drivers with ease and tempo that didn’t feel hurried or passive, but with just the right amount of rush. The end was perfect as well, as it completed the story and left you love both of them, for very different reasons.

The second reason that made this movie great were the actors. Especially the actor who played Lauda, Daniel Bruhl. He made the feeling of the need for intense competition with his opponent truly human, and even though these kind of frenemies are difficult to display in movies, he made it look so easy and believable. Chris was not bad either, although it seemed that he tried a bit more to get to the level of acting Daniel showed. That said, I think he did a great job and the Oscar buzz is well-deserved for both of them, as well for the entire behind the camera crew (director, writer, producers, editing…).

Rush filming

I haven’t read about Lauda, or expressed much admiration for Formula1 or 3, Races of any kind or Grand Prix, or whatever. In this movie I learned a lot about all of these. However, the main reason I loved the movie, was the story, and moreover that it was based on a true story. The story of a family reject who believed in himself so much that he invested in himself! He took loan from the bank, to buy himself a team and car for racing. He than improved the car and introduced a totally new way of making Formula 1 cars, which brought him to Ferrari! He was dedicated to his work, he studiously took steps to improve himself and his racing, and he was brilliant in predicting the consequences. He was a true genius!

Niki Lauda, James Hunt

I loved the line when he says “A wise man can learn more from his enemies than a fool from his friends.” It truly represents the story-line of the movie and it is what he actually did. After his accident, it was the success of his enemy (Hunt) on the tracks that made him fight for his life more. He was driven by this relationship and he had to prove to himself that he was better than James Hunt. There were other great lines in the movie as well, that stuck with me like “You’re just who you are at this point in your life” and “To be a champion, it takes more than just being quick. You have to really believe it.”

I think I will be talking about this movie for a long time. I already told all my friends and family that they need to see it. I will be rooting for it at the Oscars as well. It deserves more then just a nod from the Academy. It deserves to be seen by many and to drive people with inspiration and motivation to be the best they can be- RIGHT NOW!

The night out

“Come on, hurry up!” I hate when everyone waits for us. Unlike some girls that like to make a big entrance when going to a party and to have everyone look at them, I am shy! I don’t like to be the one everyone looks at. I usually hide behind by boyfriend, he likes to be the center of attention and greets everyone in a “Taa-daa” sort of way.

“We are not being late for the Queen, it’s not like everyone is going to wait for us to have a cocktail!” he argues with me. He is always late. And he has a point with that one. Again, I hate when he has a point. I just don’t like tardiness!

keep calm it's only a night out

“Give me the keys, I want to drive” “No way, you’re going to drive me crazy again before a party!” “Oh, come on, you can play the radio and chill” …this goes on for few minutes as we walk to the parking lot. At the end, he always wins and drives as there is no other car on the street….or pedestrians…or dogs and cats passing through…or…whatever.

We park the car and walk to the pub, me leaning against him and holding onto his arm, he looking around for cars and bicycles as we pass the streets and paths. I like this part when we both start preparing for laughter and fun. We recollect some memories of our friends that await us and about things that happened to them recently that we ought to ask them about.

As I see my friends there, I slowly let go of him. I lit up while talking to my besties. Feeling the love and respect we have for each other, always defending our acts or attitudes

“But of course you should have taken the last bite from that cake!”

“How dare they measure your suitcase, losing your precious time at the airport”

Than we laugh at the silly things that have upset us in the past.

dancing sillies

After a while, he comes looking for me. We laugh together and I love that my friends love to hang out with him. More than few drinks after, my head starts to become blank and I’m laughing at everything, while closing my eyes more and more.

So, the night ends, we are going back to the car. I always keep a blanket in the car, and this is the perfect time when I use it. He wakes me up when he parks the car. We go into the bedroom and I just collapse on the bed. I laugh at everything again and he laughs with me.

Falling in sleep with laughter is the perfect ending to a night out!

Crafting an Effective Writer, assignment from week 3

crafting an effective writerAs the results are open, and I had such a great feedback from this one, I wanted to share the story in here. Hope it will be enjoyable for everyone, as it was for the peers who asses it.

I sit here quietly on the bench. I hold my breath and watch the still lake through the luscious tree cones. Than I came back to reality. My friends make lunch in the kitchen today, but they can not stop fighting! I close my eyes, wishing I could get lost in my head and distance myself from the surrounding, but I can not.
Who put the chicken in the big pot? Who turned off the stove? Is the water still running? Who cut the cucumbers so fat?!
I had to get up and fireproof the situation. Maya, you take care of the salads. John, wash the pots clear out the mess. Ben, you are such a great cook, figure out what to do with the chicken and make sure you turn off every appliance after you finish using it.  I will set the table, and find some wine to go along with the chicken. Oh, and Christina, you know you do not belong in the kitchen, please get out of it before you break something. Why don’t you do, what you do best, and choose some upbeat cheerful music we can all sing along to and have some positive vibrations stirred again in this cabin? You can help me out afterwards in clearing up the table for the card games. OK?
Everyone smiled and started to work. After few seconds, Alanis Morrisette told us how Ironic we can be, through the speakers. And just few seconds after, Christina found the microphone, and decided she should tell us the same thing herself.
It turned out to be the best day in the cabin ever! We all sing our hearts out, danced and posed in front of our cameras and dressed out in the most hideous clothes imaginable! The chicken tasted plain and dull, but Ben made the best vegetarian lasagna as a side dish, that just blew our minds.
I will always remember this weekend! We all will remember it. And we all will want to come back here and add new memories.

The man who can’t be moved

Life will pass you by, wondering if you can jump in on the ride anytime you want. The faces you felt you knew will disappear, some new kids will move in the block. Yet, you are still standing, right there on the corner, where I left you ten years ago, still thinking whether you should pass the street and say Hi to the girl in the bakery, that grown up to be a lovely young women now.

Can’t stop myself feeling a bit relief that I moved pass the fear and stepped on to the concrete jungle. Walked to the other side of the street, walked to the station, bought the ticket and walked into the world. Yet, you are still here. Sadly, you do not even know what you are missing on. You fool yourself into loving the perception of security you feel in your old shoes. You know everyone on that side of the path. Everyone greets you and you smile and you say to yourself: “This life can not be better. There is nothing better than knowing your place and everybody else knowing it” . You do not even see the irony in the meaning of the way you think.

I want to open up your mind. I’m bringing postcards and souvenirs form places I go to, wondrous nature, magnificent buildings or fun people. Sometimes, I even give you tickets to concerts and invite you to come with me. But you don’t… You never come… You never leave your place….

To be or not to be…complacent!?

Complacent

One state of being that I just can’t find ideal is the state of complacency. How can anyone be smug about the life they have, not finding anything to improve and acknowledge that should be criticized upon?

The natural urge of any human being is to find an area in which they do not feel content with and , sooner or later, they would do something about it. I say it is a human nature, but lately, I have found that there are so many people who do not feel human to me anymore!

Being OK with 100 pounds on? Being OK with your children yelling at you? Not doing anything about earning money, while spending your little brother’s cash like he just got jackpot?!

I do understand people who have turned the world upside-down to get where they are and than to feel complacent, to just live. But so many young, healthy, even intelligent people act so conceited that bring me to the edge of irritation!

Discover a cure for an illness, publish a book, earn a living, photograph Pluto, climb Everest, design the hippest building or build a robot! Than maybe, just maybe, you can act complacent! But knowing few people doing that, they become even more self-critical and willing to do more!

Try to do better than yesterday. Do your best every day, but make sure that you do better tomorrow! There is nothing more pleasurable, than to know that, at the end of the day, you have made an improvement in yourself!

Make up your mind

In 1 weekend

In one weekend you can read and research on a subject that you haven’t ever thought you would be an expert in. You will not be an expert in the subject in reading about it in one weekend either, but you would be closer to finding your stand-point on it. So, this weekend, I explored my view on the next step in cloning genes (after my country decided that GMO was OK to be imported without any restrictions) , after understanding more about the history of cloning and genetics. I decided to write this in a research-paper-like manner, quoting my resources and all 🙂 Hope it will make you contemplate on the subject as well.

The beginning

The smell went straight up to my nostrils. A weird nervous smile came to my face, rush of memories, bringing mixed feelings of happiness and sadness. Just when thinking that this was a mistake, I wasn’t supposed to agree to come here from the beginning, since, repeating the past is one of my specialties, I looked up and caught a glimpse of the plaid pants. The faces looking up and smiling at me were not aware of the supernatural emotional state I was in.

woods

Walking slowly up the dusty path I was wondering what was going on. With a big smile and steady handshake I greeted these new friends. All but one. I did not remember any names at first. Something was missing. Someone was missing. And then, there he was.

I do not think I heard him coming. I felted. He just walked out of the house, holding an apple in his hand. His scent was earthy, unique but still familiar. “Oh, new people!”– he exclaimed enthusiastically. Looking him, that first time, in his eyes made me so unease, afraid of what can happen, questioning myself if I am imagining something or he really is the only person in the world. Snapping out of it, while my roommate was laughing at me “Come on sunshine, wake up!” , I said a shy Hello, and looked down quickly.

My heart was beating out of my chest; my mind was having a battle on its own, while my body was just standing there, strangely, dendroidal, unaware of the surroundings. Someone grabbed my bags and moved on inside the house, talking in foggy, distant sound, luring me to come back down to Earth. I asked for some water immediately, hoping that I am just dehydrated from the road and nothing, NOTHING, else is going on. Send a quick text back home that I’ve arrived and all is well, the weather is fine and should be fast three days with these nice people here, I jumped, head on in to the conversation with my roommate about the room we were staying.

“This is going to be fun”– she said, pointing to the old, stain-full futons on the floor. We laughed, but knew that we had to do something about it. We called for someone to come and explain the sleeping arrangement for us and as the girl was trying to tell she would give us some bedding to cover the stains, he emerged from behind her, biting his apple and saying it’s not a big deal, “They are very comfortable, especially if you get very drunk and can’t go up the stairs because your head is spinning”.  I smiled, while the girls gave him a disapproving look. I couldn’t help but feel as if I knew him forever and forgot about him for a while.

He walked out of the room, feeling the silence he left over the girls and I walked out after him.

“Hi, I didn’t introduce myself before properly. You’re Bob, right?”

“Yes, and you haven’t introduced yourself this time either”– he smiled.

Oh, his smile was so captivating. His eyes were twinkling, showing how amused he was of my jitteriness.

“Right, I’m Sunny. I mean, you can call me Sunny. That’s what everyone calls me.”  I could feel my face blushing more and more with every word I was saying.

“All right Sunny, that’s a nickname I haven’t heard. Want an apple?”

What was it with him and the apples? I never really liked apples, but I took one anyway. It was funny how I felt like I had to do whatever he was. Be closer, easier to talk to, and friendlier than ever.

Unconditional frendliness

The interesting thing about friends is that we always seem to lean on the ones we feel comfortable with and we do not need to protect ourselves from feeling vulnerable around them. We can be ourselves. We can be tender or tough, sarcastic or compassionate, acrimonious or  pleasant; yet they will not leave our sight. They understand us, snap us out of feeling sad or fear and they reinforce our confidence and self-believe.

Yet, we do not try to become this person, a friend to ourselves! Most people run away of an empty room, trying to find place full of people or at least, going online and hurrying into tangling with acquaintances on the social networks as fast as they can.  But this habit makes us cold and furtive. We run away from own being, following this daily pattern in carrying away our brain to be stuck in the outside, not allowing it to enlighten and bring freshness to our life.

It is not difficult for people to be with themselves when they like what they see!

Meditation

The first step to friendliness is absolution. Train gentleness through meditation, little bylittle, forgiving yourself, your past, your mistakes, your sadness. Do it often, even for 5 minutes, but several times per day, so that you become accustomed to being alone and enjoying it. Discipline yourself to enjoy practicing gentleness.

Confirming that I’m kind of a mess, gives me the starting point for untangle the mess. That way I can turn my energy to clear up the issues and begin to see the habits and patterns that rotten my mind and soul. Maybe you didn’t see yourself clearly before, your poverty mentality, always second-guessing yourself…could be the reasons why you were running away from yourself.  But the minute you understand the story you have been telling yourself, you can change the story.

You can start to pull away from the malice, incorrigible, pattern and start writing your new, fresh, jovial, utopia-like, ideal life story! Train in acknowledging the kindness, to find your sense of humor and enjoy your heart , mind and body. Practice to support yourself and to learn more about your openness and vivacity.

This can be very simple for anyone. The only thing you need to do is to just commit yourself to freeing yourself up for the friend living inside of you.
